Zaremba Group, LLC, a national full service real estate development company headquartered in Cleveland, is developing a 1 million square foot retail shopping center in the Chicago suburb of New Lenox. Recognizing a unique opportunity to provide a much needed retail experience, Zaremba Group, LLC chose the premier location at the southwest quadrant of the new I-355 interchange with Route 6.
Cedar Crossings will consist of large retailers around the perimeter of the center, with a concentration of smaller shops along a main street known as the Village Shops. In addition to offering residents convenient and quality shopping options, Cedar Crossings will also provide a sense of charm and community with its gathering places.
Construction is underway with a grand opening in fall 2009.
